Yeah all good stuff, the more expansion of the music taste the better !

Not sure if they'll get the joint jumping, but check out the tracks 'Egyptian Tomb' and 'I've been down so long' from 1968/9 by Mighty Baby. If you like Humble Pie or Spooky Tooth, this should be for you. Three members of the Action (Alan King, Mike Evans and Roger Powell) were in the original line-up.

Hi John, " Mighty baby " I'm from the country sounds like something Crosby, Stills. Nash, & Young would do

How about music by Mighty Baby, the ultimate 'Mod into Hippy' band?

Hoping to get my second jazz article up on line this weekend (for the hordes that love it!!). Currently it's a choice between Gabor Szabo's two 1967 Impulse Lps: 'The Sorcerer' and 'More Sorcery' or something on Andrew Hill's 'Point of Departure' Blue note LP (1964)
