The Worldwide reachout mission statement  To put an end to Clique's and bitching/back biting in the Mod Scene, which has happened in years gone by. To share knowledge of all things mod,not to knock but to understand the different elements of the scene. To listen and to advise,to make contact with like minded people. To have friends where you had none before, to have no distinction of colour or creed!!To pass on knowledge to the next generation but not to force feed! And occassionaly meet up for a dance and a drink!! All this is possible with minimal effort, maximise the reward!!
