As you glace back sullenly at yesterdays bankruptcies and forgotten promises, upon the horizon there is a time of great beauty and soulful endeavor waiting for you; a bacchanalian celebration of all that is righteous and magical.
Ladies and gentlemen, we ask you to join us in celebrating 10 years of the finest sounds in Chicago on June 22nd-23rd with MODchicago 10: The Underground Symposium.
Our international DJ’s specialize in an all vinyl – no reissue smorgasbord of Mod, Soul, Garage, Freakbeat, Psych & Hard Rock sounds designed specifically for your maximum dancing pleasure.

I've been to the weekender every year since #3, and taken photos of varying quality every year since #4. I was planning on taking video this year, "Day-In-the-Life" YouTube Video-Blog style, and was hoping to get a few people to talk to me. No real "interviews", but just some quick questions about the weekender, this year and previous, the scene, etc.... If you'd be interested in taking part in this, I'm hard to miss: purple-blue w/blue-black hair, glasses as big as my face, 4'11½"... OK, considering my height, I might be easy to miss --but I'm kind of loud (especially after some whiskey), and tend to smoke foreign cigarettes outside, so it evens out. Can't guarantee everybody'll be included after I come home and paste things together, but if you're interested, find me or message me so we can meet up during the day.
