Marathon des Sables 2017

Hi, my name is Paul Sanderson and I would like to make all you fellow modernists aware of an event I am competing in from 7th April 2017. It is totally unrelated to our scene but it is in support of a cause (the NSPCC) most of us are aware of.

When I am not spending ridiculous amounts of money on bespoke suits, polishing the 65 Sprint and being Deputy Head of a school for Autistic and abused children, I have for the last 30 years been a long distance runner. In April, I am competing in the Marathon des Sables, a 156 mile race across the Sahara Desert. (please see link below). It is generally acknowledged as the Toughest Footrace on Earth.

I am funding the entry costs myself (£6000) but would welcome ANY size of donation to a cause I have supported for many years.
