Kicca & Intrigo : It's out there! Kicca, the stunning Italian singer could have been the muse of fashion designer André Courrèges...and it's no surprise! Her style, her electrifying presence, attracts us immediately. Her voice reminds us of Eartha Kitt, Nancy Wilson and Diana Ross, but from this she creates her own style. She is unique ! and these references soon vanish to make way for this incredible singer, totally original and in every way addictive. With her band Intrigo, led by the unpredictable Oscar Marchioni on Hammond B3 and joined by the frantic Hervé Sambe on guitar with the powerful Salah Khaili on drums, they captivate their audience and immerse them in an "intriguing" world where their original compositions travel between soul and jazz .. After a second album "ssschh" under the ADN label, "Senso Contrario is to be released 29th of April (Cristal Records) !

Mr Day : Hailing from France, Mr Day has his highly insurable fingers in several pies. He is the singer for both the French jazz combo, Metropolitan Jazz Affair and The Dynamics. He has also featured on highly acclaimed productions by Patchworks, Boozoo Bajou and Mr President not to mention his own electro soul releases on indie label Rotax. Now, Favourite recordings will be unleashing his debut solo album next month and have therefore decided to release “Small Fry” as a taster of the album which goes by the same name.

Displaying his immensely soulful disposition, the track evokes classic 70s soul from the likes of Marvin Gaye, Curtis Mayfield and Al Green. Its composition is sparse and roomy, each sound is given space to breathe as this easy and enveloping track unfolds with swagger and finesse. Effortlessly suave, “Small Fry” perhaps hints at the kind of pure soul music, dipped in elegance that we can expect from the forth coming full length. It is a beautiful track that also touches on Northern soul and Motown whilst keeping Mr Day’s unique own sound.

DJ Dom-e : Starts his own record quest and Djing in Montpellier, south of France, in 1995, digging Soul/Psych/Jazz/ Rare soundtracks/Rocksteady… He then moves to London where he stays 4 years multiplying residencies with the "Blag!" parties and the Shetaan's Collective. In 2001, in Paris, he pursues the organization of evenings and parties (Paris Soul, Absolute Beginners, Kidnapping, Hold up!, Fair-Play, Smart Moves, Do The Popcorn!) and sets up his own record label Sausage Records in 2006 with a first release: 2 tracks from legendary prog rock band Eden Rose on 45. He currently hosts the monthly Paris club night "Soul Parade" since 2008 with fellow DJ and friend El Superfreak.
