- Always been inluenced by the scene, the look, the music etc since I was a child. I was a revival Mod in '79 but got fed up of all the violence and loss of what Mod was all about. My wife and I have got back into the scene and have made some great friends in the local scene and would like to attend more events in the future.

It's my birthday Saturday 5th March and was thinking of coming down to London to visit my daughter in Crouch End and was wondering if anyone could suggest a decent Mod/Soul/R&B night on the 5th. My wife and I love the scene in Nottingham and my daughter and her partner are making a film about English youth cultures and exprienced Brighton last year (also loved it). So any suggestions (Central London if poss)
