 s down the years and will testify that MOUSETRAP generates an atmosp
 here like no other. For those who have never been here is a little bit
  about the venue, a basement club with low ceiling, kicking soundsyste
 m, wooden dancefloor with seating booths around the edge, a cloakroom 
 and air conditioning.\nThe club started life in the basement and then 
 moved onto two floors with the SOUL LOFT and BEAT BASEMENT with a 
 spiral staircase connecting the two floors. The club prospered for ove
 r a decade in this format before the ground floor was sold and we retu
 rned to the basement only, with alternate dances for the different mus
 ic styles each month up to the present day.\nOver the last twenty five
  years Mousetrap music has been prolific with an abundance of new scen
 e discoveries filtering up to the weekenders and festivals with global
  appeal, sometimes filtering into the mainstream media via TV and Radi
 o adverts.\nIn 1997 the MOUSETRAP label was born with a free 45 for 
 each customer who attended the anniversary. On one side of the disc yo
 u will find a song from the ‘R&B dances’ and on the flipside  a t
 une from our ‘Fuzz for Freaks’ playlist including some unreleased 
 gems. Some of these early releases are now commanding big money in the
 ir own right.\nSee below a list of all the MOUSETRAP releases.\nI’

 ape the MOUSETRAP soundtrack SPEED, CHRIS DALE, LEE MILLER, GAV EVANS,
