DESCRIPTION:Back in the early days we had one floor for the first coup
 le of years and then moved onto two floors with soul loft and beat bas
 ement which lasted over a decade. The venue sold the ground floor and 
 we moved back to monthly dances in the basement alternating the soul 
 and psych dances which is why we have a part 1 & 2 celebration s start
 ing with 'Fuzz for Freaks' on Sat 12 March. Part 2 the R&B allnighter
  is on Sat 2 April.We are very proud to announce the 20th anniversary 
 of THE MOUSETRAP. Twenty years at the same venue with the same owner i
 s a rare achievement in the fickle World of club land. To celebrate th
 is momentous occasion we will give everyone who attends a free vinyl 4
 5. The owner will also give a free beer, glass of wine or shot to all 
 customers who arrive before 11.30pm. Huge thanks to the regulars and t
 housands of visitors over the years who have attended and will testify
  that Mousetrap generates an atmosphere like no other. The basement ve
 nue with kicking sound system and lots of nooks and crannies is perfec
 t for an underground club night, but don’t just take out word for it
