About Me:

I suppose I would have first got into the Mod scene around 1984. There was an old National rally to Bournemouth and I came out of the old ABC cinema on Westover road with my mum, brother and sister to see Mods and scooters everywhere. The scooterist thing hadn't really split away at that time.
Been into it ever since.
First into the Mod revival sounds then through Makin Time and the Prisoners moved into more a Stylist thing. Jimmy Smith & John Lee Hooker. First 100 Club allniter age 17 went more to 60s soul and the tailored hipsters look.
Learning the drums and supporting the Clique.

But my favourite time would have been early 90's. DJing the Mousetrap when it was on 1 floor, then 2, then 3!

I've been DJing and attending mainly Soul nights for the last few years but lets be honest it gets a bit samey. And I bloody hate 70's. And I'm fed up with being the best dressed in the room ;-).

To be honest it's Wiggle. Love me cycling. Did you know Bradley Wiggins used to go to Shotgun? If he'd listened to me then he'd have stayed to the end instead of going home at 2. Then where would he be?
Moral of that story is don't listen to me when I'm pissed!
