About Me:: I play bass for a local Americana band called The Gechoes.

At the moment, I am studying an Intermediate Photography Course with Ffotogallery in Cardiff, with the aim of going on to do a Degree in Documentary Photography next September.

Favourite Types of Clothing: My Reefer Jacket which was bought by my mum for my 40th Birthday. Ben Sherman or Lambretta shirts. White Levi jeans. Chelsea Boots, Desert Boots.

Favourite Shops/Sites: Diverse Music and Kriminal Records both in Newport as is Cayzer's Menswear. Not very long ago I frequented Burton's, Top Man and even Primark. I'll browse on GAK, but more often than not, I tend to buy photography equipment from Silverprint. That said, on one of my most recent trips to London, I spent nearly three hours in Hamley's.

Favourite Club Night: New Untouchables have never steered me wrong. Diggin' Deeper in Newport is also a firm favourite.

Favourite DJs: Please see above. Not only do they always play an incredible set, but they are all really nice approachable people. Also Rob Jones who runs the Murenger pub in my home town. He has always been a true friend as well as one of my favourite DJ's, hence my inclusion of "I'm Alive" by Don Fardon in my current Top 5 Tunes. It was brilliant when I first heard Rob Bailey spin this too!

Favourite Venue: 229 Venue in London, Globe, Gwd-i-Hw Cafe Bar, Clwb Ifor Bach, all three of which are in Cardiff and also Kama Lounge in Newport.

Favourite Event?: Maindee Festival in Newport. I also want to mention Cardiff Oxjam, but also any New Untouchables Event. I always look forward to all of them. As I write this, I am already looking forward to the next Mouse Trap and indeed Le Beat Bespoke.

Fave things about ‘The Scene’: I never thought of it as a scene really but as a new experience. However, I love the highly conducive and very friendly atmosphere. One thing I like about it is getting to meet lots of like minded people who always have a surprise or two in store for me.
