About Me:: In my mid-40's. Part of the original Mod revival of the late 70's but gravitated quickly to Psych, Garage & Freakbeat - which in turn opened up the door to cross over stuff from garage Psychobilly etc.

Over the last 30 years the church has become much broader with Garage, US Psych, UK Psych & Freakbeat being my 1st ports of call.

I love it all but probably the only thing I don't do too well with is Northern Soul.
That Soulies V Swirlies thing still goes on far too much.

Fave period 65-69 with a bit either side.

DJ a bit now in particular at The Dollyrocker Club in Bournemouth.

I'll play from any angle as long as the audience are dancing and interacting. Mainstream, underground, Beat, Freakbeat, Popsike, soul psych etc etc etc - I don't care - just dance!

Love meeting the people in the scene and particularly love the next generation embracing the music.

I find new music every single day thanks to Scene friends around the world and I hope I give a bit to them as well. The voyage of discovery in this musical scene will go on and on. And there is nothing like discovering a dancefloor killer tune for your next set.

I will love this until I die!
