Hi, I'm a 51 year old mod/scooterist been into the scene since being a spotty 15 year old. Boating blazer,Sta press and Vespa 50 at 16. Yorkshire born and bred so Scarborough was my first scooter and Mod rally, did the CIS rallies in the mid to late 80"s, by that time I had graduated to tailor mate suits and Lambretta's. Into the 90's took a long break and did the Family thing, you mortgage and kids etc. Still listened to the music but sadly dropped out of the scene. 15 years later bought another scooter and started going to the local soul nights and never looked back, that was 13 years ago. Currently run a LI 150 late 60"s with Nanucci mudguard etc Vespa Gtv and also have a Zundapp Bella. Music wise, love RnB, Soul, Reggae and a little bit of Garage now and again. I run a little do here in West Yorkshire with my son called Kaleidoscope.

Enjoyed Getting to the point
Neil Lee, Lee Miller
Venue doesn't matter, people and music make a venue. Good dance floor and cheap bar also help. Obviously a Yorkshire man would mention money. If I had to pick one it would be a choice between the Railway at Cleethorpes for Somewhere down the line or the Blue's Bar in Sheffield for Trojan Explosion
Was Getting to the point, although have enjoy Ricky tic was I have travelled south
