Shopping and Events in London

I will be on a trip to Eruope starting in London June 28th- July 1st and will be staying in the city for 4 days. So i need some help with possible events that would be happening on my 4 day stay. Also some shops that you'd recommend, both new and vintage. I have a list but i have a feeling i am missing a secret gem! I plan on blowing most of my savings in London... on clothes haha!!!
