Reggie King R.I.P.

Sad new folks just got of the phone with Roger Powell and a close friend of Reg and the King of British Soul and lead singer of the Action has passed away on Friday 8th October from cancer.

The funeral will take place at 12.30 tomorrow (Tuesday 26 Oct) at a small chappell in South London.

Reg will live on through his music, I cherish my memories of meeting him, he was such a character, always in great spirits and a just a really lovely person. Goodbye Reg.

Reggie got a great send off today. Beautiful service 'Since I lost my baby' at the start and 'Shads' at the end with a great sermon from the pastor who talked much about the Action and there music.
